Orchid: This property was a new home and the
homebuilder had already poured the stamped
concrete patio. The Home Owner wanted to make
sure that the patio and pool deck matched. He
also wanted to make sure the pool was long enough
for safe diving for his older children, but still
a "custom
look". So we designed this pool to fit his
needs. This pool has gray-green plaster.

Coppertowne: This property is located on a zero lot
line and on a creek with a 11’ building set
back and 8’ slope. There was 7’ of
access only on one side of the house and that
is where we brought the machine in. The homeowner
wanted a lap pool and a spa attached. We built
a concrete retaining area under the wood deck
with buttress to hold the pool in place. They
also used fiber optic lighting in pool, spa
and inside the sheer decent waterfalls.

Tokalon: This house was built in the 1940’s,
and the Homeowner wanted to restore and upgrade.
His objective was to keep the pool shape very
traditional yet elegant. The challenge that we
faced here was to build the pool lower than the
alley and new addition to the house to so that
they could step down to the pool level. We took
approximately 100 loads of dirt out before we
could begin excavation of the pool. He also wanted
a year round temperature of 80-85 degrees, so
this pool is heated and chilled, so that he can
maintain a constant temperature. The deck is
Travertine marble deck with slate inlays.
