When constructing a pool, the builder must know local laws and regulations. The Summerhill Pools team knows and understands these and will handle any necessary permits.
Summerhill Pools follows this construction procedure:
Sight Preparation
The worksite must be prepared before construction can begin. During this stage, our team may perform the following actions.
- Removal of trees or structures.
- Grading land for a flat surface.
- Adding special features or retaining walls.
Excavation
The area where the pool will be installed is excavated. We dig a hole for the inground pool while taking care to ensure a level bottom.
Plumbing and Electrical
In this stage, the pool’s plumbing and electrical components are installed. Plumbing enables your pool to circulate and filter water; electricity is needed to power it and other features like heaters.
Reinforcement Stage
Here, the pool’s walls and floor are reinforced with concrete beams, steel, or a shotcrete layer.
Tile and Coping
Here, we install waterline tile and coping (which goes on the pool surface’s edge) on the pool, selecting the materials based on the homeowner’s personal preference, budget, and design.
Installing the Equipment
